Isabel Pérez Espinosa

Isabel Pérez-Espinosa is General Secretary of UFEC, the Catalan union of sports federation located in Barcelona, where she leads strategic innovation, governance and the promotion of sport.

With a background in law and public policy, she has driven impactful projects in digital transformation, public-private partnerships and sport for development.

She is strong advocate for gender equality and youth leadership in sport and actively promotes international collaboration to expand sport's role in urban and social progress.
